Chopped fresh cabbage
2-4 peppers (serrano, jalapeno, habanero)
Butter
Pinch of brown sugar
Salt
Cumin (optional)
Chop peppers smaller for hotter peppers. Sauté peppers in butter for 1 minute, add chopped cabbage, 1 tbsp of water, pinch of sugar, salt and cumin. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring 2-3 times.
