Fresh broccoli crown (cut into small florets)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Red onion
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp lemon juice
½ tsp harlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, lemon, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add finely chopped red onion and broccoli and toss well. Allow to rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours minimum.
