A spicy soup from India that goes well with rice
What you need:
Boil water, add 1 diced tomato, then tamarind. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and salt. After this starts boiling wait 2 more minutes and turn it off. In a separate pan, melt butter, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaf. Add to the rasam. Instead of curry leaf, can use minced coriander leaves. Enjoy with hot rice!
