Mix following flours to dosa batter consistency (thinner than pancake batter) - 1 cup wheat flour, (optional - 2 tbsp urad flour, 2 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp rava, 2 tbsp moong, 2 tbsp besan flour) with salt, and 1 + cup(s) of water(less water means thicker). Seasoning spices. Onions, green chillies, jeera seeds can be add for additional flavor. Make thin dosas, cooks quicker when covered. Enjoy!
