Classes are FREE and open to everyone. They are held virtually via Microsoft Teams on the second Wednesday of each month from 6:30 - 7:30 PM EST. All classes are recorded.

Kelly Wilson, RDN, DipACLM is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner with advanced training in culinary genomics and organic agriculture. She earned her degree from the University of Minnesota and an organic farming certificate from Michigan State University.
Specializing in lifestyle and culinary medicine, Kelly has over 12 years of experience partnering with her patients to optimize their health and well-being. She compassionately meets patients wherever they are on their health journey and provides personalized coaching to help them develop the skills they need to transform their well-being.
