Cooking with Plants is a free, virtual monthly demonstration-style culinary class presented by Trinity Health Lifestyle Medicine.
The class is open to anyone, anywhere and streamed live the second Wednesday of each month (6:30 - 7:30 PM EST).
All classes are recorded for those who can't join the live sessions.

Kelly Wilson, RDN, DipACLM is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner with advanced training in culinary genomics and organic agriculture. She earned her degree from the University of Minnesota and an organic farming certificate from Michigan State University.
Specializing in lifestyle and culinary medicine, Kelly has nearly 15 years of experience partnering with patients to support their well-being. She is an affirming, warm, compassionate educator skilled in empowering patients with practical skills to transform their health. She is passionate about helping people repair their relationship with food and their bodies, using food as a tool for social change and connection, and debunking the myth that healthy food tastes bland.
Outside of work, you can find Kelly gardening, running with her local run club, enjoying a good book or cooking up a tasty meal with her husband, Alex.
