We are going to have three ushers for each day during the week. You will get a list in
advance and a final check on Sunday 2nd when we shall have a small meeting at 3 p.m..
The dress is supposed to be decent and comfortable.
The ushers help with punctuality to all gatherings-classes-meditations by reminding the participants, by sounding the gong and shut the door when the programme starts.
Open the windows for fresh air during the breaks and pull the curtains (when need be).
See to it that the dining hall (Grillska) is cleared (wipe off the tables) after each meal.
The flowers and flower arrangements to be taken from the basement (cool) in the morning and placed. In the evening they are to be taken down again.
Be attentive to service readers and participants in case they need some assistance.
