For those staying in any other type of accommodation, breakfast can be purchased for SEK 100 per day. You can also choose to arrange your own breakfast, there is a small supermarket (ICA Söderfors) close to the herrgård.

We warmly invite everyone to consider the lunch and meal package for the week. It will feature delicious vegetarian buffet meals with Indian-inspired flavors, lovingly prepared. Chai and light snacks will also be served throughout the day. For those who participated in 2024, the much-appreciated chefs will be returning.

ICA Söderfors is the local supermarket in the village and the main place where residents shop for everyday groceries. In Sweden, ICA is the most common supermarket chain, comparable to stores like Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Kroger, or Whole Foods (depending on location and size).

The store is conveniently located close to Söderfors Manor and can easily be reached on foot. Guests are also welcome to borrow one of the free bicycles available at the manor, making the short trip simple and pleasant.

The sauna raft is beautifully situated on the Dalälven, offering a magical experience with the opportunity to enjoy the warmth of the sauna and, for those who wish, take a refreshing dip in the river.

We are happy to share that the sauna raft is available for all convocation participants to enjoy between 6:00 pm and 12:00 midnight.
