The "stand by session leaders" sits in the front and are ready to support if the session leader runs into problems. If everything goes smoothly the stand by session leaders does not have to do anything.
Recruit Session Leaders
Arrange wifi backups (5G alternative if wifi goes down. Ensure data is enough for streaming a couple of hours)
Know how the technology is setup and be able to turn on sound and video. Talk to Alex to understand the workings of tech (is there app that needs to be downloaded etc).
