Our primary value proposition is peace, privacy, and quiet. We cater exclusively to campers who understand how to respect the boundaries and tranquility of others.
Zero-Tolerance for Loud Noise: This is not a party campsite. Disruptive, loud, or entitled behavior that compromises the acoustic environment will not be tolerated.
Speakers are Discouraged: The use of external speakers, amplifiers, and loud sound systems is strictly prohibited. If you wish to listen to music, please utilize personal headphones.
Quiet Hours: Absolute quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM to respect the local community and fellow guests.

The Coastal Experience
To ensure a positive experience, we want our guests to understand the physical realities of our beachfront. This is a nature-first destination, not a highly commercialized resort.
The Marine Environment: Our shoreline features a vibrant marine coral reef rather than a deep-water, sandy swimming basin.
Tidal Realities: Water depth and swimming viability are strictly dependent on the tides. During low tide, the coral formations are fully exposed, making the water unsuitable for swimming but excellent for reef walking and exploration.

Recommendation: We strongly advise guests to coordinate with management prior to arrival to verify the daily high and low tide schedules. Bringing aqua-shoes is highly recommended for safety and comfort.

Glamping Spaces: Tailored for couples and families seeking convenience without the logistical overhead of bringing their own gear. Includes pre-pitched accommodations in designated zones.
Exclusive Group Bookings: Available for corporate team-building or large reunions. This requires pre-booking and includes designated operational zones and dedicated grilling stations.

GetLating onto the Highway: Start your journey by heading northbound via EDSA or the Skyway.
Your First Landmark: Follow the signs leading toward the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and head through the Balintawak Toll Plaza.

Cruising North: Stay on NLEX northbound as you leave the city behind.
Switching to SCTEX: Look out for the exit to merge onto the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX), following the signs pointing toward Subic.
Entering the Freeport Zone: Continue straight as the highway transitions into the Subic Freeport Expressway (SFEX), which takes you right into Subic.

Exiting Subic: Exit the Subic Bay Freeport Zone by passing through the Morong Gate.
The Coastal Road: Follow the Governor J.J. Linao National Road southbound as it winds down toward the town of Morong.
The Final Stretch: Once you enter Morong town proper, follow the local road signs directing you to Purok 5, Barangay Poblacion to arrive safely at Consorcia's Sand and Sea Resort!

This is the smoothest route with the most frequent bus schedules.
Step 1: Board the Bus from Manila – Head to the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) and hop on a Saulog Transit bus, or go to the Pasay terminal and board a Victory Liner bus. Look for buses bound for Olongapo City.
Step 2: Get off at Olongapo – Ride the bus all the way to the end and get off at the Olongapo Bus Terminal.
Step 3: Head to Harbor Point – Take a quick ride on a local yellow jeepney or a tricycle to Ayala Malls Harbor Point.
Step 4: Catch the Morong Mini-Bus – Walk over to the transport terminal located near the Puregold/BPI side of Harbor Point. Board the local mini-bus or e-jeepney that is bound for Morong.
Step 5: Ride a Trike to the Resort – Once you arrive at the Morong town proper, complete your journey by hiring a local tricycle to drop you off directly at Consorcia's Sand and Sea Resort in Purok 5.

A great alternative that passes through the heart of Bataan.
Step 1: Board the Bus from Pasay – Head to the Pasay bus terminal and look for a Genesis Bus or Bataan Transit bus bound for Balanga, Bataan.
Step 2: Get off at Balanga Terminal – Disembark at the main Balanga Terminal, which sits right next to SM City Bataan.
Step 3: Switch to a Morong Jeep – Find the local terminal inside the complex and board a connecting mini-bus or jeepney headed straight to Morong.
Step 4: Take the Final Trike Ride – Once the jeepney drops you off in Morong, hop on a local tricycle for a short ride directly to our resort gates.

Registration: All guests must register at the reception area upon arrival.
Fees: A mandatory entrance fee (i.e. ₱300 for adults, ₱200 for children 8-12 years old) and a local Environmental Fee (₱25 per pax) will be collected by Municipality Officials during your stay. Kids 7 years old and below enter for free.
Day Tour Limits: Day tour access is strictly valid for a 24-hour period from the time of entry. Extension of stay requires re-registration and corresponding fee settlement.

Pitching Zones: Tents must only be pitched in designated beachfront camping areas to maintain clear pathways for security and emergency access.
Car Parking: Parking at the resort is complimentary for all registered guests. However, to ensure the safety of your property and maintain orderly site operations, all guests must park strictly in designated areas as directed by resort staff.
Quiet Hours: To respect the local community and other campers, unnecessary noise, loud music, and videoke use must be lowered or turned off between 10:00 PM and 7:30 AM.
Grilling: Grilling are only permitted in designated safe zones to prevent fire hazards and protect the beach sand from ash contamination. Bonfires are not allowed.

Clean-As-You-Go (CLAYGO): Strictly enforced. Guests must dispose of their trash in designated segregation bins. Littering on the beachfront, including cigarette butts, is strictly prohibited.
Public Facilities: To ensure water conservation, please ensure all faucets and showers in the public restrooms are tightly closed after use. Sand must be rinsed off at the outdoor foot-wash stations before entering the restroom blocks.

Responsibility: Pets are welcome, but owners maintain full liability for their animals.
Leashing & Cleanup: Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas, and owners are strictly required to clean up their pet's waste immediately.

Valuables: Management is not liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings, electronics, or vehicles. Please secure your valuables inside your tents, vehicles, or rented accommodations.
Swimming Hours: Night swimming is strongly discouraged, as there are no lifeguards on duty after dark. Swimming is entirely at the guest's own risk.
