We don't currently offer tiered sponsorship packages. For the 1447 AH edition (16 – 17 May 2026), we are kindly requesting sponsorships and donations to cover the needs of this year's competition — from event infrastructure and hospitality to the prizes awarded to our archers.
Our approach
We have costed everything the competition needs to run well, and we are inviting sponsors to cover those needs item by item, with full transparency on what each one costs and where the money goes.
This year's edition falls in autumn in Cape Town, moving into winter, when the weather is unpredictable — cold, overcast, and rainy days are likely across the weekend. This shapes much of what the competition needs: shelter for archers, officials, and spectators; weather-ready infrastructure; warm hospitality; and equipment that can withstand the conditions. Every item on our list has been quoted by suppliers, and those quotes are available for sponsors to view alongside the list. Nothing is marked up. What we ask for is what the item costs.

Before we share the list of needs, we would like to set out what we can offer you in return:
Iḥyā ar-Rimāyah is a growing community of archers, families, and supporters. Archery has become a steadily growing discipline within the Muslim community in Cape Town and beyond — from masjid archery teams to academic institutions and scholarly schools embracing it as a revived Sunnah. Our reach is modest but engaged, and we make sure every sponsor feels appreciated.
Sponsor logos appear across our official Conquest Shield platforms, including the event information website and the live scores website. Sponsors are also acknowledged on our Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp channels, with announcements pushed to our WhatsApp Community and featured in our WhatsApp statuses.
Sponsors are welcome to display their banners and flags at the competition venue, and may set up a branded stand at the event to engage directly with archers, families, and spectators.
Promotional flyers, branded items, and small gifts may be included in the goodie bags handed to every competing archer.
Sponsors are featured in dedicated posts and stories across our official social media channels, before and after the competition.
