After reading about a new coalition formed in Hamilton County, Iowa to support childcare I wanted to help.  By boosting wages and providing recruitment bonuses the goal was to increase and retain staff.  This in turn allows for an increase in enrollment helping lessen wait lists.  The program has been a success.

$1323.70 was donated and later determined the amount was tripled by a grant from the state.
