Reservation Form and General Terms and Conditions of reserving

The Agency provides activities or services through third-party collaborations. While the Agency strives to select reliable and well-equipped partners to meet the trip's needs, The Agency does not have direct control over these third parties beyond what is legally permitted. Therefore, participants acknowledge that the Agency is not liable for issues related to transportation, accommodations, tourist attractions, or other services that fall outside its control. Additionally, any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission, or breach arising from the actions or failures of third parties remains the responsibility of those third parties.

Participants are responsible for covering any personal, medical, or additional expenses incurred during the trip or activities that are not explicitly included in the trip description or listed price.  

Prices offered by the Agency are final; however, they may be subject to change due to factors beyond the Agency's control. The Participant acknowledges that prices depend on service availability and may fluctuate. In cases where price changes occur due to Agency adjustments independent of third-party service providers, the Participant agrees to bear any cost differences.  

While the Agency strives to ensure the availability of all advertised facilities, services, and activities as detailed in the trip description (or communicated orally by Connection Tours), availability is not guaranteed, as external factors beyond the Agency’s control may impact accessibility. If third-party involvement affects these services, the Agency will make every effort to provide alternatives that align with any resulting changes.

The Agency reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the trip, including transportation, meals, cruises, and other details, when necessary. Participants will be informed of any changes as soon as they are known, at the Company’s discretion.

Participants acknowledge that such modifications are beyond the Agency’s control and may result from third-party actions. In such cases, the respective third party's terms and conditions will apply. The Agency is not responsible for altering these terms and does not assume liability for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third parties.

For the safety and well-being of Participants, the Agency may adjust the itinerary in response to weather conditions, natural disasters, health concerns, political instability, security threats, transportation issues, or any unforeseen circumstances deemed necessary.

If the Agency cancels an activity, or part of the trip, or the whole trip for reasons other than those previously mentioned, it will refund part or all the amount paid by the Participant. However, the Agency will not be liable for any additional compensation. In certain situations beyond the Agency's control, refunds may not be possible. If feasible, the Agency may choose to offer partial compensation in a manner it deems appropriate, but without any obligation or liability.

Regardless of the above, if the Agency determines, at its sole discretion, that a Participant should be suspended or removed from a trip or activity due to a violation of the Agency's instructions, guidelines, or General Terms and Conditions, no refund will be issued. The Agency retains the right to enforce such actions as necessary.

If the client cancels the reservation of the trip for any reason, or if No-Show, the amount paid will not be refunded

Policy 1: for sightseeing tours

1st child from 0 - 4 free of charge

2nd child from 0 - 4, pay 50% of the tour price

4 - 9 pay 50% of the tour price (except for the boat trip, pay full tour price as per adult person)

10+ pay full tour price as per adult person

Policy 2: For Petra Tours

Under 2 years old: free of charge

Under 12 years old: 20 USD only Less from full price

All children 12 or older are considered adults.

By participating in the trip, the Participant grants the Agency and its representatives permission to take photographs, recordings, and videos. The Participant acknowledges that any images or recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including in brochures, digital materials, social media, and other publications, both during the trip and in the future. The Agency may also share these materials with third parties.  

The Participant agrees that the Agency has the right to use, share, and publish these photos at its discretion without providing financial compensation. Additionally, the Participant waives any claims for allowances or compensation regarding the use of their images by the Agency or any authorized third parties.  

If the Participant does not wish to be photographed or have their images used, they must notify the Agency in advance upon signing the Reservation Form and General Terms and Conditions. In such cases, the Participant is responsible for ensuring they do not participate in photographs or recordings and must avoid areas where photography takes place. If the Participant appears in any photos despite this, the Agency retains the right to use and distribute the images as stated above.  

The Participant agrees to conduct themselves in a responsible, safe, and respectful manner throughout the trip. They will adhere to the General Terms and Conditions and follow the instructions provided by the Agency, including its representatives, officers, and guides.

If the Participant is accompanying individuals under the age of eighteen, they acknowledge full responsibility for their supervision. The Participant confirms that their escort complies with all applicable laws and regulations and agrees to provide proof if requested by the Agency.

If the Participant chooses to end the trip early, they will be fully responsible for any associated expenses. The Agency will not cover any costs related to the early departure, nor will it provide a refund or reimbursement for any amount paid by the Participant.

The contract between the Client and the Agency is established when the Agency accepts the Client’s booking, subject to the Booking Conditions, which form the entire agreement. By making a deposit or final payment via bank transfer or paying in cash, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions, and they agree to comply with them.
