(He/Him/His)
I am a First-Generation College Student who grew up in California. I attended community college and transferred to University of California, Davis, where I obtained a B.A. in Sociology. I am currently in my final year as a Graduate Student in the M.S. Counseling Program at California State University, Sacramento. Further, I've had experience working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault implementing trauma interventions. I currently work at my university’s career center, a community college, and a high school providing clinical mental health to students.

I am a first-generation college student who immigrated from Hong Kong to California in 2003. Studying psychology at UC Berkeley furthered my interest in mental health and now I'm in the final year of my Master’s in Counseling at California State University, Sacramento. I work at my university’s career center as the lead intern for career counseling, where I have been integrating more mental health components into my sessions and workshops.

I am a first-generation college student who migrated to the United States in 2004 from a small town in Mexico. I attended community college and transferred to California State University, Sacramento, where I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. I am working toward my Master's in Career Counseling. My research interest focuses on Latinx and LGBTQ+ students' resilience in higher education. I also have experience working with first-year students from migrant and seasonal farmworker backgrounds and merging mental health and career.

Donations Welcomed:
These donations will be used for our current IRB research looking at frequency of mental health concerns in University Career Center, further research on this project, and funding for future presentations. All three of us are first-generation college students and would like to thank everyone for donating, we would not be here without everyone's help!
Help us expand and expose the connection between career and mental health counseling!
