Program schedule

• Arrival day: Friday, June 28th, in the morning. The registration desk will be open starting 10am, in the lobby of Building D.

• Opening ceremony: Friday, June 28th, 15:00-16:00.         

• General framework for talks: 

  • Mornings 9:00-13:00, with coffee break 11:00-11:30.

  • Afternoons 15:00-19:30, with coffee break 16:00-16:30.

The venue for the talks is the Department of Engineering of the Dunărea de Jos University of Galați. Here are the rooms for the sections and for other events.

Poster sessions

Poster sessions will be organized in the afternoons of June 29th and July 2nd. Email the organizers if you want to participate.

Participation fee

The participation fee is 200 LEI, to be paid at the registration desk. Alternately, it may be paid by bank transfer, indicating the purpose (please bring a proof of the transfer at the desk). The coordinates of the account are as follows:
