Introduces music reading and instrumental performance. Students will learn to notate, interpret, and perform music, demonstrating a characteristic tone on their instruments. This ensemble will help to develop fundamental skills through the exploration of beginning band literature. This group has 3-4 required after-school events.
Consists mainly of students in their 2nd year of study. In this ensemble, we explore intermediate band literature. Students will continue developing fundamental skills and practice habits in this ensemble. Students will refine their musicianship skills, exploring quality instrumental literature and more advanced concepts. Auditions will be held for part assignments, not admission to the ensemble. Private lessons are encouraged. This group has 4-5 required after-school events.

The CBB introduces, develops, and applies knowledge of styles and performance techniques for varied contemporary and early jazz literature. Includes tone production, ensemble performance, stylistic interpretation and basic improvisational techniques.
Conestoga Color Guard
The Conestoga Color Guard focuses on dance and flag choreography. This group will march with the band all parades.
