We are a specialist Controls System Engineering and process Control Company based in Melton Mowbray.

We provide a variety of system solutions, from simple relay based panels, through PLC and HMI based systems, and up to major multi PLC/ HMI / SCADA systems with remote access and operation, and even onto full turnkey Ingredients Weighing and Dispensing Plants, incorporating advanced software, diagnostic and Logging.

Our systems are based on a very high quality of design, leading to low cost of ownership, and high availability. In particular, many of our systems include Telemetry and Remote Access, and hence also inherit remote support.

They are all designed to meet Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), British Retail Council (BRC) Audit, various Supermarket Codes of Practice (COP), and comply with the latest British, European or Local Country Standards.

We offer a complete package for Remote Support, including all the hardware for full backup, technical support, design level changes, with user access via all common Phone and Pad systems. This has been a customer request over a number of years, as the ability to quickly check on the real plant condition, and actual diagnostic messages can dramatically improve plant availability.

We also offer a unique level of process knowledge, which ranges from the Food and Drink Industry, through Machine Tooling and onto Waste Handling and Recycling.
