2. First Meeting: Together Prepare the Creative Brief and Project Overview 

3. Sign Commission Agreement

4. Prepare Mood Board and Define Project Scope 

5. Develop concept with sketches, thumbnails etc...

6. Approve Concept with signature 

7. Complete First Version for approval or feedback

8. Additional Versions up to 5 minor changes

9. Approve Final Version

10. Invoice will be sent and payment collected

11. Deliverables will be sent digitally or via USPS
