KALAKAL DRIVE

Our team found a simple yet meaningful way to turn generosity into greater purpose by selling the donated kalakal we received such as plastic bottles, old tv and others. Instead of letting these items go to waste, we saw an opportunity to transform them into resources that can support more of our advocacy work and reach more people in need. This came from our desire to maximize every act of kindness shared with us because we believe that every item, no matter how small, carries value when used with love and intention.

ONLINE CAROLING

During the Christmas season our team did online caroling to spread holiday cheer and raise funds. Because it was a rainy day we could not go out in person so we used online platforms to reach people. We sang Christmas songs and shared warm greetings which made the experience joyful for both us and the listeners. Through this activity we were able to collect some money which we later used for our community projects.

UKAY-UKAY

To support our next event, our team decided to gather and sell some of the clothes donated by our own members. This came from the thought that even simple things we already have can turn into something meaningful when shared with purpose. Instead of looking for outside sources, we chose to give a part of ourselves to raise funds, showing that unity and small sacrifices can create bigger opportunities for the future.
