How This Works

Once you have your speaker number, come find us (we will make ourselves easy to spot)!  We will ask you for your contact information, speaker number, and approximately how much time it will take you to get back to City Hall from where you live. 

Now, think of us as your Democracy Concierge.  You can resume your evening and we will reach out to you when you should head back to City Hall to give your comment - it could be very late at night, the last meeting went until midnight.

We expect public comment to continue for multiple days and we will keep you informed as to when you are likely to speak.

Be sure to not miss our call/text/email!  We need your voice!

You will have 3 minutes at the podium.  Please be prepared and respectful (remember, you got to go home, but the Commissioners have sat through all of it!)
