• Approval of this Special Use Permit will not comply with the City of Leavenworth Development Regulations. Specifically points 'b' and 'c' within section 2.04b7.

• The proposed special use at the specified location will NOT contribute to or promote the economic development, welfare or convenience of the public.

• Approval of the special use permit will cause substantial injury to the value of other property in the area and harm Leavenworth's economic development.

• The city's oversight is not strong enough.  At the very least, please remand this Special Use Permit back to Planning.
