By joining Community Cup, you agree to uphold the following standards, creating a welcoming and nurturing environment for all members.

• Respect and Inclusivity: Treat all members with respect, dignity, and kindness. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of belittlement based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited.

• Safety First: Prioritize your safety and the safety of others. Meet in public, well-lit areas and share your meeting plans with a trusted person. Report any behavior that compromises your safety or the safety of others.

• Support Local Businesses: When organizing meetups, prioritize local and small businesses. Respect their premises and policies, and encourage economic support through patronage.

• Positive Communication: Encourage open, honest, and positive communication. Avoid offensive language, personal attacks, and disruptive behavior.

• Privacy and Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of all members. Do not share personal information without consent. Confidential discussions or personal disclosures made during meetups should remain confidential.

• Accountability and Responsibility: Each member is responsible for their actions and behavior. Violations of this code may lead to removal from this community.

• Feedback and Improvement: We welcome feedback for improving our group's experience. Please share your suggestions respectfully and constructively.
