Nutrition as well as the health & fitness industry in general, can be a very confusing space. Anyone can publish information about nutrition & many people do without adequate knowledge. Nutrition is an element of science & need to be treated as one.

Martial arts importance is beyond knowing how to defend oneself, which is why it is already a must know life skill that need to be learned by everyone.
