Teacher of the Year & nEW tEACHER OF THE yEAR

Recipients of this award must have made significant contributions toward all phases of the Business Administration program (courses, DECA chapter, school based enterprises, etc.). 

Nominees for the Teacher of the Year must be a Colorado Business/Marketing instructor and must have taught business administration courses for six or more years. 

Nominees for the New Teacher of the Year must have taught between 3-5 years. 

Nominees must be a member of CBAM and CACTE - please email Janet Brophy at brophyj@idaliaco.us to verify membership. 

Nominations require a one-page description of the nominee's Business Administration program, two letters of recommendation, and additional supporting documentation. 

Application and supporting materials are due by the deadline of 1/23/26.
