Hotel and Registration Information 

Please make your hotel reservations by Thursday, August 15th in order to receive the group rate.

Parking is an additional cost.

The Beaver Run Resort has several options available to us and the rates are as follows:

• Hotel Room $185/night (Two Queens, sitting area, mini-refrigerator, microwave)

• Studio $185/night (One Queen, sleeper sofa, efficiency kitchen, living/dining area)

• Breckenridge Studio $189/night (One Queen, sleeper sofa, upgraded efficiency kitchen, living/dining area, remodled bath)

• Summit Suite $194 (One Queen, sleeper sofa, upgraded efficiency kitchen, living/dining area,remodled bath,  fireplace, priavate balcony)

• One Bedroom Suite $196/night (One Queen, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, living/dining area, fireplace, private balcony)

• One Bedroom Suite-Building 4 (One Queen, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, living/dining area, fireplace, private balcony)

• Two Bedroom Suite $262/night (Three Queens, sleeper sofa, two baths, full kitchen, living/dining area, fireplace, private balcony)

Room rates are subject to availability and the resort fee of 6% and sales tax of 13.01% (currently 19.01% total).  The resort fee and tax is per room, per night, and does not include parking ( $10 per day per car), internet, use of the business center, local calls, newspaper, room water, and other services and amenities that enhance your stay. Check in is at 4:00 pm and Check Out is at 11:00 am.   

In order to receive tax-exempt status, the tax-exempt certificate and tax-exempt affidavit must be received 30 days prior to arrival for group reservations. Individuals responsible for their own accomodations will need to present a copy of your tax-exempt certificate upon arrival and pay with a company credit card or check. If you pay with a personal credit card or personal check, you will not be tax-exempt. Groups and individuals exempt from sales tax remain subject to the resort fee, (6%) which will be applied to lodging, food, and beverage.

One-night deposit per reservation plus sales tax and lodging fee is required within two days of booking the reservation, and the reservation will automatically be canceled if a deposit is not received by the due date.  The remaining balance of the reservation is due from the member upon arrival.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours ahead of the scheduled arrival time will be charged a processing fee per registration.  No-shows, early departures and/or late arrivals are non-refundable.
