Hotel and Registration Information
Please make your hotel reservations by Friday, August 28th in order to receive the group rate.
Parking is an additional cost.
The Beaver Run Resort has several options available to us and the rates are as follows:
Room Types & Rates
Hotel Room — $192/night: Two queen beds, sitting area, mini-refrigerator, microwave
Petite Hotel Room — $188/night: Two double beds, mini-refrigerator, microwave
Studio — $192/night: One queen bed, sleeper sofa, efficiency kitchen, living/dining area
Breckenridge Studio — $196/night: One queen bed, sleeper sofa, upgraded efficiency kitchen, living/dining area, remodeled bath
Colorado Suite — $199/night: One queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, open floor plan
Summit Suite — $202/night: One queen bed, sleeper sofa, upgraded efficiency kitchen, living/dining area, remodeled bath, fireplace, private balcony
One-Bedroom Suite — $206/night: One queen bed, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, living/dining area, fireplace, private balcony
One-Bedroom Suite (Building 4) — $208/night: One queen bed, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, living/dining area, fireplace, private balcony
Two-Bedroom Suite — $272/night: Three queen beds, sleeper sofa, two bathrooms, full kitchen, living/dining area, fireplace, private balcony
Corporate Suite — $389/night: One king bed, one queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, two single beds
Rates & Fees: Room rates are subject to availability plus a 6% resort fee and 13.01% sales tax (19.01% total), applied per room, per night. Parking is $10 per car, per day.
Check-In/Out: Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Tax-Exempt Status: Groups must submit a tax-exempt certificate and affidavit at least 30 days prior to arrival. Individuals must present a certificate at check-in and pay with a company card or check (personal payment methods are not eligible). The 6% resort fee still applies.
Booking: Book online or call (800) 525-2253 and reference Colorado Business and Marketing Educators. For 3–4 bedroom suites, please call to reserve.
Deposits & Payments: A one-night deposit (plus tax and fees) is due within 2 days of booking or the reservation will be canceled. Remaining balance is due at check-in.
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before arrival incur a processing fee. No-shows, early departures, and late arrivals are non-refundable.

To ensure a smooth check-in and accurate billing, please complete the following before arrival:
1. Colorado Tax-Exempt Affidavit – required by Colorado law for all qualifying tax-exempt entities. This affidavit must be completed and signed by an authorized representative of your organization.

2. Credit Card Authorization Form – only required if a guest will not have their government or business credit card at check-in and would like charges billed to that card.

Form Requirements:
▪ The photo ID must match the name on the credit card.
▪ The signature at the bottom must match the cardholder’s signature.
Important Notes:
• Tax exemption applies only when payment is made directly by the qualifying entity (e.g., a government or organization credit card).
• Completed forms must be submitted accurately and in full prior to arrival to be processed and applied to your reservation.
• If you are unsure how to complete the forms, please contact our Reservations Department for assistance.

Once we receive your affidavit and/or credit card authorization, your group’s reservations will be noted in our system according to the submitted forms.
