2025 Key Note Speakers
Quinton Smith is a 14 year old entrepreneur from Kansas City. What started as a random act of kindness went viral and launched his business, 3Q1 Prints, into key partnerships like the Kansas City Current (the professional female soccer team), Children’s Mercy Hospital, and the Urban Youth Academy.
His clients include the Ted Lasso crew, I Heart Radio, the Kansas City Royals, and Chiefs Kingdom. He will share his journey, with insights from his CMO (Chief Mom Officer), and how we can inspire our students to use kindness as a foundational business principle.
Vice President of Relations and Philanthropy
Venu Holding Corporation (VENU)
Originally from Minnesota, Chloe Hoeft was active in DECA at both the high school and collegiate levels before earning her Master of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Denver after relocating to Colorado in 2019.
Chloe is a communications and philanthropy leader with nearly a decade of experience in the entertainment industry. As Vice President of Relations and Philanthropy at Venu Holding Corporation- owner of Ford Amphitheater and Phil Long Music Hall - she advances strategic initiatives and community engagement across the company’s nationwide portfolio. She also serves as President of the VENU Arts and Culture Foundation, which expands arts access and cultural enrichment through concerts, education, and grant programs.
In addition to her work with VENU, Chloe serves on the Advisory Board of The Salvation Army El Paso County as Development Chairman and founded its Echelon program, fostering philanthropic involvement among young professionals. Her leadership has earned recognition including SOCO Digest’s 2025 40 Under 40, the 2024 Majors Young Leader Awards, and in 2023, a nomination for Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber’s Young Professional of the Year and a Rising Star Award from the Colorado Springs Business Journal.
