The Colorado Cancer Screening Program (CCSP) is partnering with the Colorado Alliance for Community Health Workers (CHWs), Patient Navigators (PNs), and Promotores de Salud, with support from the Patient Navigator Training Collaborative, to host a monthly Resource Fair Meetup. These Resource Fair Meetups will connect PNs, CHWs, and our broader community with local resources from community organizations in response to the direct needs of patients and the community, who are in even more need since the onset of the pandemic.

In this webinar, Kim Prewitt and Caren Bacon from the Center for Public Health System Science at Washington University in St. Louis provided an overview of the Patient Navigation Sustainability Assessment Tool (PSAT) and Clinical Sustainability Assessment Tool (CSAT). Then the Colorado Cancer Screening Program (CCSP) team discussed how they worked in partnership with the Wash U team to adapt the questions and concepts from the PSAT and CSAT to develop the Patient Navigation Sustainability Assessment Tool for Cancer Screening (PNSAT).
