Terms of Service

Our TOS needs to be fully read in order to commission or purchase a costume from us. This is our rules and boundaries to our company and it needs to be respected. If there are any questions about the topics below, please feel free to reach out to us. From commissioning us or purchasing a product from us, you are automatically agreeing to our TOS. Any breaking of our terms of service will have consequences. 

Making and selling TOS (terms of service) The use of "mine", "we", "our",  or "I" is in terms of Asher Creelman.  The use of "yours", "they", "you" or "their" is in terms of the buyer, client or taker.  

1) FLAWS: Getting a custom or artistic liberty suit from me I own rights to the photos we took and making of the suit.  FLAWS WILL APPEAR. These are handmade creations, we are not a robots. Although if quality-dropping and excessive flaws are apparent do let us know. We do a free one-time fix if shipping is paid both ways. 

2) PAYMENT PLANS: If the client requests a payment plan, we will try our  best to accommodate to their wishes. If a payment plan is needed, we require 35% as the upfront cost. This is to pay for the materials cost and to hold your slot. The rest of the payment is needed within 6 months of when the deposit is sent. If you fail to comply to this. We reserve the right to be able to terminate the commission or purchase with no refunds. The product design will be changed to respect your ownership of your character. 

3) OWNERSHIP: We as a company, own any photos that are taken by us. We would also like to keep our originality of our suits and or products. 

4) PROBLEMATIC THEMES: We will NOT do problematic themes (discrimination, homophobia, etc.). If asked you will be blacklisted. Any drama that doesn't involve us breaking a TOS we knew about or the making of the suit after payment with the suit or regarding the suit/ character should not get me involved. 

5) REFUNDS : Refunds are NOT available, only if ABSOLUTELY necessary. This is deemed by us. You will not receive a refund if we've finished the suit and you don't want it anymore (within ours or your possession, doesn't matter) Minor flaws. NO SUDDEN CHARGE BACKS. ANY BREAKING OF OUR TOS CAN RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION.  If a refund is absolutely needed, please note that 35% will not be given back. This is our non-refundable deposit. The 30% is for material costs. 

6) COSTUMES: Buying a pre-made costumes, costume parts or any accessories or add on to the costume. Price is NON-NEGOTIABLE unless stated. Payment must be in full before shipping. Sold as is Character rights aren't automatically given unless stated in sales post.  Any drama that doesn't involve me breaking a TOS that we knew about or the making of the suit after payment with the suit or regarding the suit/ character/premade should not get us involved.

7) ART: Buying art (custom or premade) from us. We offer free fixes on both digital and physical art but physical pays shipping fees. Our art style will not be changed and we can't do someone else's. No problematic themes. Shipping is paid by buyer. Character in pre-made art does not belong to you unless stated, otherwise we own rights to the photos we took and making of the suit.

8) REFURBS: We absolutely do not permit anybody to heavily refurb our costumes. If you want new things and need to change your costume, please message us and get it done through us. If it's done through anybody else without our permission you will be blacklisted from CES. We are very strict about this rule because we want to keep the originality of our costumes and keep our work how we made it.  

9) CURRENT USA TARIFFS: Please be aware that there might be a 35% fee you will have to pay once it goes through the border. We do not pay for this, the client must be aware that this fee is 35% on what they paid. For example a $10,000 costume will have an extra $3,500 on top of that.  THIS IS NOT GAURENTEED!! MAY NOT APPLY TO ALL IF ANY COMMISSIONS!!

10) ADULT EXTRAS (18+ ONLY):  Starting February 2026, we will start to offer the option of adult extras for costumes.  This will include zippers and other removable parts. We are open to creating new patterns, so feel free to message us for any ideas. Please be aware that anything animal related such as "parts", will not be made. Asking for this will result in a warning and if asked again will result in a blacklist.  Photos, videos, etc. of the costume being used in an adult manner is okay.  Any client wanting these extras, must ask before we accept the commission or purchase. We require Identification of age, this may include taking a photo of yourself holding your identification card to be sent to us. We only require the photo, name, and birthdate to be shown on the ID, rest may be blurred/colored out. Persons who are 18 years of age or older will be accepted to go with the adult extras. Anyone who is underaged, will be immediately blacklisted.  If the adult extras is accepted, we require that our and the buyers privacy is respected. 

11) SHIPPING: After the commission or product is finished for we will give you a shipping quote. We expect shipping to be paid withing 1 week of the commission being finished so we can keep room in out studio. We always ship through Canada Post as that is the company we trust most. In rare cases, for example if Canadian post is on strike, we will go through UPS. After the item is shipped, We are NOT responsible for it. It is out of our hands. Tracking will be included with all shipments. Shipping can cost anywhere from $25 - $600. So please be prepared. 

ANY BREAKING OF THESE TOS CAN BE TAKEN TO LEGALITY THESE APPLY TO TRADES , PURCAHSES AS WELL AS ANY "LOOPHOLES" OF THESE RULES ALSO BREAK MY TOS. AGREED TO UPON PAYMENT.
