Washing

All of our products come with a handbook of how to wash your costume.  Washing your products make sure it doesn't stink and it keeps looking new for many years to come! This is a very important step to keeping your product looking new and helping it last longer! When washing please take off any extra accessories your suit may have. (eyelids, piercings, collars, removable tounges, removable hair, etc)

When drying your costume it may take up to 3 days for it to be fully dried. Also, make sure to brush the costume every so often so that the fur fibers dry in the right position. 

Make sure your machine is on the coldest possible setting and remove all stuffing from the padding, Bodysuits and armsleeves must be flipped inside out when put into the washing machine. Hang to dry, do NOT put in the dryer or it will damage the costume. Hang to dry in front of a cold fan for fast drying. 

Heads: heads must be washed in either a bathtub with cold water and laundry detergent, or with a handheld carpet cleaner with laundry detergent.  Lightly scrub the fur making sure the soap is washing it and rinse carefully. You'll want to make sure that all the water is out of the head so mold is not a risk. It is also very important to wash the inside of your head.  Prop up head in front of a fan for easy drying. 

Hand Paws: hand paws are very easy to wash, if you have plush claws you can throw them into the washing machine on COLD and on the delicate setting.  Hang to dry. If you have hard plastic or clay claws, we recommend using the bathtub method or the handheld carpet cleaner method like stated in the *head* section. 

Tails: If you have a zipper in your tail, simply remove stuffing and put it into the washing machine on COLD and on the delicate setting. Hang to dry and re-stuff.  If you don't, use the bathtub or handheld carpet cleaning method. 

Feet paws: feet paws have to be washed with the bathtub or handheld carpet cleaning method. other wise the EVA foam soles in your foot paw will be shredded in the washing machine. 

Armsleeves & Leg sleeves: Please flip them inside out and they can be put into the washing machine on COLD and on the delicate setting. Hang to dry. 

Digitigrade bodysuits: Please remove the stuffing from the thighs using the zippers located on the lining. Don't worry about the calf padding. Flip your costume inside out and re-zip up the bodysuit. Put into the washing machine on COLD and on the delicate setting. Hang to dry.  When fully dry you can restuff the thigh padding. 

Plantigrade bodysuits: Flip the costume inside out and re-zip up the bodysuit. Put into the washing machine on COLD and on the delicate setting. Hang to dry. 

Repairs

If you open your suit and there's something that needs to be repaired, we offer a two month warranty for free repairs (Client has to pay shipping there and back) After that we will do repairs on a quote system. Please message us and send us pictures explaining your concerns for repairs and we will give you a quote. Can range from $30 - $500+.
