Faces Behind the Festival

The Colleton County Rice Festival Committee is comprised of a board of volunteers and staff members who organize and manage the annual Rice Festival. The board meets monthly from August through April to prepare and plan for the upcoming festival. When you see these people out and about, be sure to show your appreciation for the time they give freely to bring this family event to our community each year.
