You are not allowed to close PCSO/SO tickets at any point, even if they are opened accidentally. This is to be done by COP command only.

It is MANDATORY to get the PCSO/SO in discord, ensure they are in the ‘COP-voice-channel’ during EVERY part of their process to avoid cheating.
You are strongly advised to have clips on at all times when dealing with PCSO/SO’s. If a report is not made on a PCSO/SO saying or doing things they shouldn’t, and this is found out, this will compromise your position within COP.
When doing a PCSO/SO training make sure that you take the time for them to understand and take in all the information you are giving them.
You always NEED 2 examiners to do a final exam, both of these must be CoP members.
When doing a GLOCK training, you can either do it with a OFC+ or if no OFC's are available you can do it as two SPE+ within COP.
When doing a Shotgun training you MUST be with at least one OFC.
