As a TPE/PE One of your tasks is to conduct interviews to a high standard and make sure only the best make it past this crucial stage within the PCSO Process, As a TPE you will have to be shadowed for your first interview before you can Conduct it on your own 

Within the Basic training you as the trainer will teach the PCSO/SO everything they need to know within the CMG Police Service. Please do not skip out any parts as it is crucial for them as all the information will help them with their Final exam. At the end of the Training you will send them an exam sheet for the trainee to fill out and you will need to read through it in the #FTE-Results in the CMG PS discord and see whether they have passed or not.

Within the final exam you as the trainer, along with another trainer, will examine the PCSO/SO based on what they have learnt during their training process. At the end of the exam, if they pass, you will send them an assortment of handbooks and give them their necessary roles. You will also explain to them how to get their additional trainings, and who to contact to get them completed. If they have failed the exam, you will need to give them feedback to give them a better chance of passing on their 2nd attempt. You will then explain to them that they need to do an additional hour of ridealong (or more at the trainers/command discretion) before retrying their exam after the cooldown time.
