Shed Project

Colinton Village Enterprise has long used the former coach house in Spylaw Park, known locally as "The Shed", as the base for our popular community events. The Shed Project will transform the building for the future, forming a community hub where the area's historical past inspires creativity, connection and participation for generations to come. The proposed multi-functional building will provide:

Café  -  Gallery Space  -  Performance Venue  -  Information Bureau

The Shed will be at the heart of the village, open to all, strengthening community ties, reducing isolation and acting as a social hub for the people of Colinton. Transforming this building has been a passion of several members of the Colinton community and you can find out more about the volunteer team.
