Throughout my 26-year career in education, I have held multiple roles, including homeroom teacher, academic coach, technology coordinator, and, currently, assistant principal at a Pre-K through 8th-grade elementary school in Orange, New Jersey. Inspired by a family of educators, my passion for teaching began in early childhood, and I consider it a blessing to have realized that dream. Today, in my role as assistant principal, I have the privilege of influencing teaching and learning on a broader scale. As I pursue my doctoral degree in Educational Leadership Technology, my goal is to further enhance educational outcomes by equipping students with the skills, knowledge, and adaptability needed to thrive in the future workforce.
