We offer an authentic space for one-to-one breathwork sessions and private ceremonies.
With an eclectic background, Coenraad uses his training in Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health, blended with esoteric and trauma-informed training to help you shift trauma, regulate your nervous system and deal with chronic stress and modern living.
Coenraad offers you a one-to-one experience with plant medicine. He has guided plant medicine retreats in the Netherlands and Portugal for years.
If you need to deal with trauma, depression or anxiety, a private ceremony can help you rewire your nervous system.
Coenraad is trained in trauma-informed somatic breathwork and draws on his background in psychology and neuroscience when holding space for mindfulness retreats.
Having worked for years in the competitive tech and film industries, Coenraad can authentically relate to the desire to change emotional and behavioural patterns shaped by pressure, stress, or transition. Whether changes feel big or small, all intentions are welcome.
Colleagues and participants describe Coenraad as empathic, kind, direct, light-hearted, organised, calm, and compassionate.
Authenticity has guided Coenraad’s work in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion with marginalised communities, as well as his role providing crisis support to people at risk of suicide with Samaritans.
Alongside this, his background in project management required creating psychological safety within teams and working closely with leadership around relational dynamics and accountability.
