Family Supportive Housing is a small apartment that provides temporary housing for low-income families throughout the South Bay. This shelter provides housing for more than 180 families and supports families both financially and emotionally. Our members regularly volunteer on-site by conducting various programming workshops for all the kids at this homeless shelter. We dedicate our time to teaching young students simple and fun languages such as scratch, HTML, and python! By interacting with these kids, we are able to help them learn useful skills and inspire them to choose a future career in the STEM field. By stimulating an interactive environment with hands-on learning, all our students at Family Supportive Housing are on their path to becoming future STEM leaders!
Jeena aims to enhance the quality of life of individuals with developmental disabilities and their primary caregivers by empowering individuals through information and emotional support. Code Unite hosts online sessions for these children where our members teach them how to code through interactive activities.
Gurukul aims to establish a learning institution for children that will prepare them to become world citizens with high moral integrity and self-esteem through making the learning interesting, stress free, durable and useful for their economic self-reliance, realization of self and their relation with outer world for a peaceful co-existence. We hold online sessions where our members teach them coding concepts and various coding languages.
