OUTREACH

The Code-I-Con Outreach Committee is a program for high schoolers who love to work with kids and want to get more involved in the community. This committee is a great opportunity for those who want to develop their communication and networking skills, while also gaining volunteer hours. Leadership positions will be available, so sign up soon! Some STEM/programming experience is needed to join.

Responsibilities:

• Strengthen collaborative partnerships within our community

• Reach out to local organizations to create opportunities on behalf of Code-I-Con 

• Speak and teach at opportunities that are made, along with the Education Committee

Possible Outreach Opportunities:

• Members will contact local Title 1 elementary and middle schools to provide educational aid

• Reach out to religious institutes 

- HSNC Temple 

- Local Churches
