This Privacy Policy contains information on the collection, use, storage, treatment and safeguard of the personal data of EasyDrops application users, with the intent to provide transparency on the subject.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the mobile application EasyDrops, developed by the legal entity Optimus Exercitia, duly registered in Brazil with CNPJ 30.180.984/0001-09.

This document has been prepared in accordance with the Brazillian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/18), the Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law 12.965/14) and EU Regulation 2016/6790. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of the updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be suject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the application after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.

2. Personal Data

Personal Data Collected

No personal data is collected for commercial or research purposes.

To ensure greater application security, encrypted secure authentication is required. To this end, access can be granted anonymously. If personal identifiable information (such as your name and email address) is voluntarily provided, it will be stored for authentication purposes only.

Email: a valid email must be provided by the user at the time of registration, a process intermediated by the Firebase platform from the company Google. The Code Blue application does not use this personal data for any purpose other than user authentication.

Derivative Data

No other data within the application is shared, with all other data and information kept exclusively on the user's device.

Financial Data

There is no payment necessary for this application. Financial information for this application is not applicable.

Geo-Location Information

Geo-Location information may be solicited depending on the user preferences selected during use of the application. However, this information is not shared in any way, maintained exclusively on the user's device.

3. Duration of Storage

User personal data, if provided, is stored by the platform for the period necessary to provide the service or fulfill the purposes set forth in this document, in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 of Brazillian Law 13,709/18.

Data can be removed or anonymized at the request of the user, except in cases where the law demands otherwise.

Also, the personal data of users can only be kept after the end of their agreement in the following cases, determined in Article 16 of said Law:

I – Compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation by the controlling shareholder;

II – study by research body, ensuring, whenever possible, the anonymization of personal data;

II – transfer to a third party, provided that the data processing requirements set forth in this Law are respected;

IV – exclusive use by the controller, provided that the data is anonymised.

4. Security of Stored Personal Data

The EasyDrops mobile application will undertake technical and organizational measures capable of protecting personal data from unauthorized access as well as from inadvertent destruction, loss, alteration, communication or dissemination of such data.

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information provided, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. As such, we are not liable for third party breaches in security, such as in the case of a cyber attack, or breaches by fault of the user, as in where he himself transfers his sensitive data to third parties. The EasyDrops application will communicate the user in case of any breach of security involving their personal data.

The personal data stored are treated confidentially, within legal limits. However, we may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so under court order or if you violate our Terms of Use.

5. Consent

By using the services and providing the personal information mentioned in section 2, the user is consenting to this Privacy Policy.

The user, when registering, declares to know and can exercise his rights to cancel his registration, access and update his personal data and guarantee the veracity of the information made available by him.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Therefore, it is recommended that the user review it frequently.

Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately after their publication on the platform. When changes are made, users will be notified. By using the services or providing personal information after any notifications, the user and visitor demonstrate their agreement with the new rules.

In the event of a merger or sale of the platform to another company, user data may be transferred to the new owners so that the services offered remain.
