The ECard Code Verification System located below is intended for ODY field licensing agents to verify the validity of a students training using the Ecard Code on the students certificate or ODY Form 01276 

However you may find the search function valuable to you.

As a general rule if you find their training in this database, a certification form, or ODJFS 01276 form was issued to the student by email by First Response Health & Safety Training. 

Also if their OPIN number was provided it should have also been uploaded to OCCRRA.  You may search by any of the following:

         ECard Code

         Student Name

         OPIN #

​Notes: If searching by OPIN # only records with a OPIN will be displayed. Pediatric Skills Instructor certificates may not have a OPIN # in the record. You can contact us for expiration dates of instructor certificates.

Expired Certification's are removed at the end of each calendar year from this database. However, we do keep Initial 6-Hr Child Abuse and Communicable Disease Records indefinitely to prove your initial training dates in regards to taking renewal courses.
