Step by Step Procedures for using the plan to obtain certifications for CPR / AED and/or Basic First Aid Courses
Always begin at this website. Go to "Enroll in Courses" link in the menu to enroll in your course. Two emails are automatically sent to the student with login procedures and password setup.
Complete the online course (students have 120 calendar days to complete). Print the part 1 certificate from your student profile under achievements.
Present the part 1 certificate to the skills evaluator. Instructors have 30 calendar days complete the skills evaluation following the students part 1 completion date.
During the skills evaluation, use the paper forms: 1001, 1002, or 1003. These are available below this section. Simply click which form you need and it will download into your computer for printing. For your protection the student & the evaluator should sign the form and it should be kept for your records, it is not needed for licensing.
After the skills session the Instructor will go to the "Submit Skills Evaluations to First Response Health & Safety Training" on the menu and select the correct skills evaluation based on the course the student took. Note the email address you submit must match exactly to the email the student logged into the course with or the evauation will not post.
The student will receive their final digital certification in their email. This generally is received within 1 business day following the completion of the course. They can forward that to you if needed.
The certification card we send by email at completion of all parts will meet all of the state requirements for licensing, and is accepted by CDA.
Provided the student submitted their OPIN # during registration, during the course, or the instructor submitted it with the electronic evaluation. First Response Health & Safety Training will upload the training to their respective PD Tract in OCCRRA.
Step by Step Procedures for using the plan to obtain certifications for Communicable Disease, Child Abuse, and No Skills Testing Basic First Aid Courses
Always begin at this website. Go to "Enroll in Courses" link in the menu to enroll in your course. Two emails are automatically sent to the student with login procedures and password setup.
Complete the online course (students have 120 calendar days to complete).
Upon the completion of the course we are notified by email and the completion date posts in our database for processing. The student can print a temporary certificate from their profile under "Achievements" which can be used until they receive their actual ODY form 01276 Ohio Department of Job and Family Services Health Training Documentation for Child Care.
The student will receive their final certification form ODY 01276 in their email. They can forward that to you if needed.
The ODY Form 01276 we send by email at course completion will meet all of the state requirements for licensing, and CDA. NOTE: NST (No Skills Test) Basic First Aid is not accepted by CDA they must take a Basic First Aid and have a skills test for CDA to accept it.

REGISTRATION BULK UPLOAD EXCEL FILES (More than 8 registrations total)
If you need to send us a bulk upload registration file click the type of classes needed below and when it opens click the download icon on the upper right corner of the form.
This will download it to your computer and when opened it will open as an excel file.
Next open the file from downloads, click "Enable Editing"
Complete the form and save it. Attach it to an email and send to firstresponsehst@yahoo.com We will upload them into the sytem and they will receive an email to connect to their course
