Experiment: Observe the greenhouse effect in a jar
Create the greenhouse effect in jars using regular air and carbon dioxide.
Time: 50 minutes

Experiment: Investigate the density of salt water with a carrot
Use a carrot to visualize the density of fresh and salt water, and show how density changes as the two are mixed.
Time: 30 minutes

Experiment: Investigate changes in water density due to temperature
Use colored hot and cold water to visualize density changes due to temperature. See what happens when they are combined.

Experiment: Investigate changes in water density due to salinity
Compare the density of fresh water and saline water. Make colored samples of each and see what happens when they are combined.
