30 minutes of yoga and guided relaxation to restore and rejuvenate body, mind and spirit.
No experience necessary. Wear loose clothing so you can move and stretch. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, a coat/big scarf/blanket to keep cosy during the relaxation at the end, and water.

The Peer Education Project is a secondary school-based educational programme that aims to give young people the skills and knowledge they need to safeguard their mental health and that of their peers. Peer Educators (you!) are trained to deliver the mental health lessons to year 7 pupils during Friday morning tutor times in the Spring term, using the detailed lesson plans and PowerPoint slides. It is an amazing experience to develop teamwork, organisation and speaking skills.
