Join in and learn conversational British Sign Language. No previous knowledge is needed and you can join at any time. A great skill for communicating with anyone who uses sign language - and really useful for chatting in a noisy environment! You can work towards gaining a Level 1 Award in British Sign Language. Prehistory Club

For all with an interest in the history of life on Earth. In Prehistory club we will explore how species evolved from microscopic cells of the Archean, to the enormous dinosaurs of the Cretaceous, and the rise of humanity from the Stone to the Metal Ages.
Prehistory club will look at Palaeontology, Archaeology, and Geology through the study of specimens, documentaries, and completing projects.

Big band is the senior band at the school who play at all main school events (as well as outside of school) including open evening, Christmas concert, and Haslemere fringe. Come along if you play Brass, Saxophone, Guitar, Bass, Drums, or singers.
As this is a more advanced group this is not suitable for beginners on their instruments.

The Mandarin Homework Club is a relaxed after-school space where Year 7, 8 and 9 Mandarin CLIL pupils can complete their Mandarin or general homework with support on hand if needed. It's a drop-in format, so pupils can come along whenever they'd like, and a safeguarding register will be kept. The club is brilliant because it gives pupils a quiet, focused environment to work, extra help with Mandarin when required, and the chance to build good study habits alongside classmates.
Club times will be updated each half term based on Mrs Carter's availability, as her after-school duties may vary.
