With 10 teams participating, we ran a 9-game round robin. The team from Ithaca — featuring seniors Brenna L-B, Taran K, and early-graduating junior Rennie S — went undefeated for nine games and were named tournament champions. Geneva A and Mayfield played against each other in an exciting 2nd place tiebreaker, with Mayfield winning the game and earning an HSNCT qualification in their first appearance at a CNYQuA-affiliated tournament in 6 years!
Geneva A junior Austin C was named Individual All-Star for his list-topping 76.00 PPG, with Taran K, Mayfield senior Sam K, and Saratoga Springs and Fayetteville-Manlius sophomores Derek L and Chase J rounding out the top 5, all with more than 50 PPG.

The team from Ithaca went undefeated over 9 rounds of play, but Cooperstown A was only one loss behind and so the two competed in an advantaged final. In a thrilling upset, Cooperstown won the first game 315–225, forcing a round 11. Ithaca roared back, winning that game 330–195 and taking home the first Central NY Spring Championship trophy! Cooperstown A took home 2nd place and 6–2 prelim team Bishop Ludden A took 3rd
As he did at the Winter Invitational, Geneva A's Austin C took the top spot on the individual player list, while Ithaca's Kai I, Taran K, and Brenna L-B all appeared in the top 10. Cooperstown A's Andrew M and Bishop Ludden A's Mya Barnaba also landed in the top 5.

After 9 rounds of play, Berwick A and Cooperstown A were tied in their 8-1 record. Because Berwick had earlier defeated Cooperstown, they had the advantage in the final. Berwick developed a considerable lead in the first half of the final, and while Cooperstown surged in the second half -- snagging 6 of the 10 tossups -- it wasn't enough, and Berwick A emerged as the 2024 Ithaca Fall Tournament Champions, repeating their result from 2023. Geneva A defeated Berwick B, earning 3rd place, with Geneva A's junior Austin C earning special recognition for their top individual performance at the tournament.
Both Berwick A and Cooperstown A qualified for NAQT's High School National Championship Tournament, and Cooperstown, Geneva A, Skaneateles A, and Bishop Ludden qualified for the Small School NCT.
