Summer Baseball

• Summer Baseball This summer the Northstars Baseball booster club will be sponsoring three summer teams in the Babe Ruth League just like last summer. (Modified, J.V. & Varsity) Each team will be playing a 16 game local schedule and each player will have an opportunity to earn a spot on an all star team if one exist for that age level. A school coach will be involved in helping coach these teams. All games will be played on weekdays and at the respective team meetings there will be a sign up if interested in playing on the summer team. Basically, the modified team will be this years’ 7^th/8^th graders playing in the 13-15 year old division, the J.V. team will be the returning freshman team or 9^th/10^th graders playing the smaller school Varsity league and finally the Varsity team will be the returning 11^th/12^th graders playing in the larger school 16-18 division. The cost will be $275. Coach Rockwell will update the booster club on any new information he learns about summer baseball as the year goes along.
