The 5th RESCOM PA-WIDE SIMULTANEOUS BLOODLETTING ACTIVITY in celebration with the AFP Founding Anniversary was successfully conducted in partnership with the National Service Training Program and Central Mindanao University ROTC Unit (CMU-ROTCU), alongside with the Amai Pakpak Medical Center, with the theme "Matatag na Tagapagbuo ng Hukbong Mamamayan para sa Bagong Pilipinas.".

The event, held at the CMU Grandstand, saw a significant turnout of ROTC trainees, advance officers, training staff, and other individuals eager to contribute to a lifesaving cause. The atmosphere was one of camaraderie and shared purpose.
