Common questions

How do I create a moment?

Open the app and tap the “+” button to add a new memory. You can add photos, videos, text and audio recordings.

How do I share moments with other members?

Moments can be shared within your club so other members can view and add to them.

How do I restore my subscription?

If you previously purchased a subscription, open the premium screen in the app and tap “Restore purchases”.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be managed in your Apple ID account settings on your device.
