Club Stories (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the Club Stories mobile application.

Photos or videos uploaded to the app

Basic information about how the app is used in order to maintain and improve the service.
Club Stories does not collect unnecessary personal information.

Provide and operate the Club Stories app
Store and display moments within your family group
Allow clubmembers to share moments with each other
Improve the reliability and functionality of the app
Manage subscriptions and premium features
We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Club Stories uses secure cloud services to store data, including:
Firebase (Google Cloud) for authentication and database storage
Secure cloud storage for photos, audio recordings, and stories
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
4. Sharing of Information
Your content is only shared with members of the family group you choose to share with inside the app.
We do not share personal information with advertisers or external marketing companies.
Certain service providers may process limited data in order to operate the service, including:
Google Firebase (authentication and data storage)
RevenueCat / Apple App Store (subscription management)
These providers process data only to deliver the services required by the app.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium features in Club Stories are offered through in-app subscriptions managed by the Apple App Store. Payment information is handled directly by Apple and is never stored by Club Stories.
6. Data Retention
User content such as photos, stories, and audio recordings remains stored in your account until it is deleted by the user.
If you delete your account, associated data may be removed from our systems within a reasonable period.
7. Children’s Privacy
Club Stories is intended for general audiences and family use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without parental involvement.
