Account Deletion – Club Stories

Club Stories respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated data.

Deleting Your Account

You can request deletion of your Club Stories account at any time.

To delete your account, you can:

1. Open the app

2. Go to Settings

3. Select Delete Account

4. Confirm your request

If you cannot access the app, you may also request deletion by contacting us.

Deletion by Email Request

Send a request to:

Email: [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS]

Please include the email address associated with your Club Stories account so we can identify your account.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

When your account is deleted:

• Your account information will be permanently removed

• Your stored memories (photos, audio, and text) will be deleted

• Your access to shared family memories will be removed

Deletion may take up to 30 days to complete from the time the request is processed.

Data Retention

Some limited information may be retained if required for:

• Legal obligations

• Fraud prevention

• Security purposes

Any retained information will be kept only for as long as necessary for these purposes.
