Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Policy

If discussed with me, I offer payments plans for commissions over $100.00 USD. See below for specific payment info;

For payments from 100.00 USD to 200.00 USD:
- - At least 30% must be paid up front.
  - Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payments are allowed.
  - Total cost must be paid in full within 2 months of initial commission agreement (unless discussed otherwise).
For payments above 201.00 USD to 300.00 USD:
- - At least 25% must be paid up front.
  - Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payments are allowed.
  - Total cost must be paid in full within 4 months of initial commission agreement (unless discussed otherwise).
For payments from 301.00 USD to 450.00 USD:
- - At least 20% must be paid up front.
  - Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payments are allowed.
  - Total cost must be paid in full within 6 months of initial commission agreement (unless discussed otherwise).
For payments above 451.00 USD:
- - At least 15% must be paid up front.
  - Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payments are allowed.
  - Total cost must be paid in full within 8 months of initial commission agreement (unless discussed otherwise).

Due to the wide range of online currency and other forms of payment, the below list outlines the general forms of payment that I accept:

These are the methods that must be discussed with me:

You will only receive a full refund if:

You, the client, cancel the commission prior to start.
I, the artist, cancel the commission for disclosed or undisclosed reasons.
The commission is for a design.
There were alternative terms to this policy discussed with myself, the artist (i.e. extenuating circumstances).

You will only receive a pertial refund if:

I have begun the commission and you, the client, cancel it without notice. Progress can be included with this partial refund.

You will not receieve a refund if:
