Commission FAQ

What types of payment can I use?

As outlined in my ToS, the types of payment that may be used are listed below.

Payment methods you may use:

  • PayPal (Prices in American Dollars/USD)

  • DeviantArt Points (80 points : $1.00 USD)

  • Digital Gift Cards (note: I do not accept visa gift cards)

  • Flight Rising Gems (in-game currency)

These are the methods that must be discussed with me:

  • Flight Rising Items (In-game, must be rare or hard-to-obtain)

  • MYO Tickets (closed species only)

  • Adopt Passes (closed species only)

How long does it take for you to complete a commission?

The length of time it takes for me to complete a commission varies greatly between how complicated it is, how I'm feeling at the time, and what is going on in my personal life. Despite this, I try to provide an approximate length of time it will take to complete, and offer regular updates about progress upon request.

Blacklist FAQ

What is a "blacklist?"

Blacklist's are essentially a list of people who cannot commission me nor purchase any of my products.

These may include people that have breached my ToS in the past, or are well-known as someone who has scammed or breached the ToS of other artist(s.) It may also include people known to harass others, steal art, etc.

How do you determine who's on your blacklist?

People on my blacklist are usually there for severe problems, such as harassment, cyber-bullying, or fraud, or repeated patterns of those behaviours. This may not only include people that have done this to myself, but may include people that have been called out for such behaviours in the past (i.e. Nightflightversel has a long history of creating problems in the dragon art community).

I'm listed on your blacklist, what do I do?

Currently, to protect myself and my own finances, all people on my blacklist are permanently banned unless you can prove to me that you either have changed, learned from your mistakes, or genuinely did something by accident (i.e. filed a chargeback.) Repeated incidents are not eligible for this.

Most, if not all, people that have breached my personal ToS are permanently on my blacklist - with exceptions for minor breaches.
